An event for all Hergé lovers: Tintin and the Alphart joins the classic collection of the Adventures of Tintin. In 1999, Tintin in the land of the Soviets, the first Tintin, created the event by joining the classic collection of the Adventures of Tintin. Nearly 600,000 copies were sold in a few months. In January 2004, on the occasion of the little reporter's 75th birthday, another album will allow the myth to come to an end. Tintin and the Alphart, the unfinished album, finally joins the other 23 Adventures of Tintin. It will be available in the same pagination and at the same price as the other volumes of the collection. In the months following Hergé's disappearance on March 3, 1983, speculation had been numerous: many readers dreamed that the master's collaborators would complete this story. But Hergé's will was clear: no new Tintin after him. Finally, in 1986, a luxurious album had reproduced, in two blocks, the main sketches left by the designer. Today, Tintin and the Alphart is published in a completely renewed presentation, at a completely democratic price. A more readable layout makes it easy to follow the story and highlights the liveliest sketches. And above all, the final pages present a series of recently found documents, which shed new light on the end of the story...
